submitted on 31 Jan 09: I've since quit my job, and is currently
a part time barista to pay for my daily expenses. Since we sold off the property, our passive income had gone down to
2.3% per annum.
As of today, interest
rates for USD has fallen to negligible amounts, and passive income from
USD had also fallen to 0.3% per annum>

submitted on 31 Jan 09: We put in 15% of our initial capital into
unit trusts specializing in China from Jun 08 - Sep 08, when the market
corrected to 50% of its high. As of today, our position is at a
nett loss of 34%
